Tribute to Zubeen Garg

Members of Luit Konwar Rudra Barua State College of Music, Panjabari, Guwahati, paid a heartfelt tribute to the legendary artist Zubeen Garg on 20th September 2025 after his unfortunate passing away for the heavenly abode on 19th September 2025. Faculty, staff and students gathered to remember his immense contribution to Assamese music and culture. Special musical renditions and moments of silence were observed in his honour. The tribute reflected deep respect, gratitude, and sorrow for the loss of an iconic voice of Assam.
